The rubber machine is the premise of putting the circular economy in practice in the area of rubber industry. Compared to foreign country, we have some base on making use of the scrap plastic, but there are no industrial scale and advantage of technology, even we still use some technics of low technology、high pollution and waste in retread the full steel meridian tyre and scrap plastic goods. Therefore, there will be large developmental space in the area of national and rubber machine industry with developing the technology of rebirth old tyre and equipment of recycling rubber.
Our company has set the cooperation with HSM ,.LTD which in England and produced a new model airtight mixer——high shearing mixer with new design and unique structure. It is very suitable for the making use of and recycling scrap plastic、old tyre and plastic products. Compared to the traditional mixer, it has advantage of strong mixed ability、short time、high blend effect and can provide best cooling system for the blending and low temperature medium, it has no inner seal and low cost in maintain it. It will be not only in stead of the import goods and wash out the technics of low technology、high pollution and waste for its popularization in large areas, but also export and make us own the technology of low cost and first-class in the world, promoting the development of rubber machine industry.
In the early of cooperation, we had manufactured some key part of the whole machine. Now we are producing two exported machines of high shearing mixer, which named HSMb20.
Chemical equip had been ranked a good developmental area by our country. We will change this project into industrial scale quickly from the further cooperation and joint venture next step, continue to exert the advantage of technology and receive fine economic and society effect.
