The Project is in central area of Laodaohe Town, Kaifu District, Changsha City, in the east of express artery of the City—Zhongqing Road and in the west of Daming Industrial Zone, Kaifu District. It is 3km away from new North Freight Station of Changsha Railway, 4km away from Deepwater Wharf of Xianing Port and 20km away from Huanghua International Airport. This plot is the key and central area of developing Laodaohe Town in recent 5 years. It is endowed with well protected ecologic environment, mountain forest, water and vegetation and is rich in land resources, so it is applicable to develop commercial & residential buildings and industrial projects of large capacity.
The Project covers an area of 33.33 hectare. It is planned to be comprehensive land and is being adjusted to commercial & residential land and industrial land. Its plot ratio is no less than 1.8. At present, in accordance with standards of the municipal government, all infrastructural construction has been implemented to land outside red line.
