The Project is located in Yong’an Town, Liuyang City (county level city), Changsha City, Hunan. It is 3 km away from the market town, 8 km away from Huanghua International Airport, 15 km away from Changsha downtown and 10 km away from Beijing-Zhuzhou Expressway. It is flat, and Laodao River flows along the mountain. The project covers an area of 190 hectare. It is endowed with clear water & power circuit and complete infrastructure. Depending on Hunan National Hi-tech Development Zone, Changsha National Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changsha National Biomedicine Industry Base and Liuyang Manufacturing Base, the Project is engaged in relevant supporting industry and introduces hi-tech industrial projects, new energy projects and scientific research projects so as to construct top grade residential area and commerce & leisure reception center. Cost of collecting land and infrastructural construction is approx. USD97.71 million. It is estimated that it can recover investment in 5 years (excluding profit of commerce reception center).
