Located in Xiangtan Yisuhe Economic Development Zone, a provincial level development zone, Xiang-zhe (Xiangtan-Zhejiang) Processing Section of Tianyi Eco-industrial Parks is key project developed by the provincial government. With excellent geographic location and ease of access, it plans to cover an area of 6 km2. The investment for the 1st phase is RMB1 billion Yuan and the development area is 1500 mu. It aims to establish a new modern industrial city which is chiefly co-operated by Investment Management Co., Ltd. of Hunan Zhexiang Xingye Parks. The major projects that are to introduce investment are: the planned roads within the development area of Xiang-Zhe Processing Section of Tianyi Eco-industrial Parks, infrastructure construction like water supply & drainage system and afforestation and hi-tech projects which have been acknowledged by provincial level authorities such as intelligent cleaning robots, vacuum toilet, fingerprint encrpytion techniques, high-precision geologic detecting elements and so on.
