The Project is in E’xiu Group of Changsha Jinxia Economic Development Zone and at northeast junction of main transportation axis from north to south-- North Furong Road and West Xinglian Road. It is close to the two theme parks, Xiufeng Mountain and E’yang Mountain, opposite to Xiangjiang River in the west and 3km away from Jinxia Logistics Industrial Park. Because of its excellent environment, convenient transportation and completely surrounding supporting facilities, it is the first choice for commercial and business office. The Project intends to construct economic circle of Changsha Jinxia Headquarter and to mainly construct industry, headquarters of logistics enterprises and commercial & business office buildings in the Park. It covers an area of 20 hectare and plans to use 200,000 m2 for construction. After construction, it will introduce headquarters of enterprises though letting offices or overall transferring buildings. The head company of development and construction of Changsha Jinxia Economic Development Zone is responsible for managing promotion investment and entrusting professional and famous property management company to manage property. Through introducing headquarters of enterprises, it will promote headquarter economic development of the whole area and become a gathering place of headquarter economic at the north part of the City. It is estimated that the annual turnover amount to USD114.29 million and annual tax revenue reaches USD7.14 million.
