The total registered capital of the Group is RMB67 million Yuan and the total existing assets is RMB1.3 billion Yuan, among which 92.49 million Yuan is fixed assets, 37.51 million Yuan is circulating fund. Xiangtan Hengdun Group has three subsidiaries: Xiangtan Hengdun Group Kitchenware Products Plant Co., Ltd., Xiangtan Hengyuan Food & Beverages Co., Ltd, Xiangtan Chang-Zhu-Tan Comprehensive Development Center of Forest Products Co., Ltd., and 9 holding production plants and over 20 supporting supplier plants. Currently, the company covers an area of 138 mu, construction area 30,000m2 and its logistics center plans to cover 480 mu. This company has 1100 staff members, over 900 various processing machines. Such production capacity has been formed that it can produce 5 million high-quality chopping boards made from bamboo, 20 thousand sets of bamboo furniture and 5000 tons bamboo juice. This project plans to expand production scale to form the annual capacity of 20 thousand tons bamboo juice series products.
