Introduction 

Hunan University of Technology and Business, a government-sponsored comprehensive university. Business majors such as international trade, accountancy and marketing are its best features. Located in the beautiful and historical city of Changsha, HUC enjoys convenient communication and beautiful environment. Established in 1949, HUC has 37 disciplines and 34 research centers，1198 faculty members and over 18,000 students on its three campuses. HUC has an Independent school of international studies and International students’office. We have established broad academic exchange withover 20 universities and colleges in Ireland, Netherlands, US, England etc. Since 2010, HUC has successfully enrolled a number of 75 international students from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Sweden, Norway, Sudan, Cameroon and Afghanistan.

International Students Recruitment  

1/ BA Program: You can apply to study in all the school majors: International Economics and Trade, Marketing, Accounting, Chinese Language and Literature, Business English, Computer Engineering, Tourism Management etc. These programs are carried out through Chinese language media, you should spend one extra year to study Chinese language prior your four-year major study. 

2/ Language Program: You can apply to study either Chinese Language, English Language or both here at Hunan University of Commerce. Duration can be at least 3 months. 6 months and one year, two year program are also available without  time limit for your application.   

3/ How to apply for study at Hunan University of Commerce?   

You need to email to miranda-841129@hotmail.com the following materials:   

1. Passport scan: photo page, visa page, last entry date page;   

2. High school diploma and transcript.   

3. Medical report (which can be downloaded here in this website if you apply for more than 6 months study, 6 month included)   

4. Filling in the application form.(which can be downloaded here in this website)  

 If you are already in China and want to study in Hunan University of Commerce, you can come to international students office for an interview and submit the above mentioned materials.   

4/ Fee structure   

1. Visa Application and Registration Fee: RMB 600   

2. Tuition:   

BA Program: RMB 22000/academic year   

3-month language program: RMB 9000   

6-month language program: RMB 11000   

One year language program: RMB 22000   

3. Physical Examination: RMB 396  

4. Insurance: RMB 300 for less than six month programs, and RMB 600 for more than six months programs.   

5. Books and accommodation are covered by yourselves according to the specific  amount you need to pay in school.   

6. Examination Fee: RMB 500   

7. Visa Extension/Residence Permit: RMB 400 for less than one year and RMB 800 for more.  (Due to the current visa policy in China, you need to go to local police office to extend your visa validity or to apply for a residence permit to stay more  than 30 days after your arrival.)
