As of 24:00 on November 27, a total of 1,020 cumulative confirmed cases had been reported in Hunan, 4 people had died, and 1,016 patients had been discharged from hospitals. 

During the 24 hours of November 27, there were no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan. There were no new cases out of quarantine. There were five people under medical observation (imported cases).

A total of 29,109 close contacts have been traced, among whom 130 were under medical observation while 28,979 others have been discharged.
