A batch of Hunan embroidery works worth 19,069 USD completed export clearance at the Changsha Customs, and approved by the China’s General Administration of Customs, on November 25. These were the first exported Chinese embroidery products via B2B cross-border e-commerce.

These embroidery products were supplied by the cross-border e-commerce platform of the Hunan Embroidery Town. “As the demands for Hunan embroidery products expanded in Japan, South Korea, Australia, and the UK, our company plans to build an overseas warehouse in Japan. Goods can be transferred to the clients through the overseas warehouse,” said a manager of the company. Such mode of “mass delivery from the producer and transfer via overseas warehouse” can cut the logistics costs, and improve aftersales services.

At present, cross-border B2B e-commerce can be handled easily. With the approval of the General Administration of Customs, applicants can submit their clearance documents on the “single window” platform. The export clearance process is streamlined into a one-click and paperless manner.

The manager said that, B2B export of Hunan embroidery products will become a new growth area of Hunan’s export economy, and give an impetus to promoting Hunan’s products to the world.
