Approved by the Hunan Provincial People’s Government, the Hunan Provincial Government Affairs Service Center (hereinafter be referred to as “the center”) will start to operate on May 6, 2020. Notice is hereby given:

I. The center is a window to enable the provincial departments to provide one-stop administrative approval and public services for enterprises, residents, and city and county-level government departments.

II. After the opening of the center, enterprises and residents can complete their applications at the center instead of going to the related departments.

III. The center will start operation on May 6. It will open between 9:00 and 12:00 in the morning and 1:30 and 5:00 in the afternoon on working days. It will be closed at weekends and on holidays.

IV. Address: No. 6, Yinxing Road (the northwest of the crossing of South Furong Road and Youyi Road), Tianxin District, Changsha. Visitors can take Metro Line 1 and get off at the Youyi Road Station No. 1 Exit, and then walk to the center.
