The CPC Hunan Provincial Standing Committee convened a meeting on February 21, to convey the spirit of important instructions given by General Secretary Xi Jinping on caring for medical personnel fighting the epidemic prevention and control. It also learned the spirits of the “Policy Implementation of the Eight Political Regulations of the Central Political Bureau in 2019”; the “Report on Solving Outstanding Formalism Problems for Reducing Work Burden at the Grass-roots Level”; and, the National Public Complaints and Proposals Administrators Videophone Conference, to study the opinions on implementation in Hunan. It listened to reports on provincial epidemic prevention and control, and work and production resumption; deployed reform work of recruiting and decommissioning soldiers twice a year; and, considered and approved “The Main Points of the Work of the Leadership Group for CPC Hunan Provincial Committee Construction in 2020” and “Implementation Opinions on the ‘Outline of the National CPC and Government Leadership Groups Construction Plan 2019-2023’”. Du Jiahao, CPC Hunan Provincial Committee secretary, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
