Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee Du Jiahao visited various subordinate departments and units of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and held seminars with government officials in recent days. Other provincial leaders including Guo Kailang, Xu Yousheng, Zhang Wenxiong, Fu Kui, Huang Guanchun, and Huang Lanxiang also accompanied him on the tour.

He emphasized that great efforts should be made to implement the essence of President Xi Jinping’s important speeches, firmly build up the “Four Consciousnesses” (consciousnesses of the ideology, the whole, the core, and the line), fully utilize the regional advantages as the junction zone of the Yangtze River Open Economic Belt and the Coastal Open Economic Belt, carry forward the requirements of “Three Efforts” (efforts should be made in elevating development quality and efficiency, guaranteeing and improving people’s livelihood, and strengthening and promoting the CPC’s leading role), and actively fulfill the five development ideas of innovation, harmonization, green, openness, and sharing. Loyal political integrity to the Communist Party of China and selfless dedication to the “Four Comprehensives” (comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society, comprehensively deepen reform, comprehensively implement the rule of law, and comprehensively strengthen Party discipline) strategic blueprint should be pushed forward in Hunan, to benefit its 73 million people, he added.
