The photo, taken on December 5, shows villagers get on a bus to go to town at Tianjiawan Village, Aoshang Town, Chenzhou City. In recent years, Chenzhou’s transportation authorities have enhanced rural road construction, developed rural-urban passenger transport, and regulated transportation market, so as to resolve “the last mile” problem. Now there are 19 third-level and above passenger stations, 113 stations in villages and towns, and 1,774 rural request stops across the city. All the administrative villagers can be reached through 193 rural transport lines. A full-coverage rural passenger transport network has taken shape.
