Li Dianxun, male, Han nationality, was born in November, 1967. He obtained a bachelor’s degrees and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is now serving as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee; executive vice governor of the People’s Government of Hunan Province; and, deputy secretary of the CPC Leadership Group of the People’s Government of Hunan Province.
