The first stage began August 12. By August 16, all exit and entry management departments in Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan will support QR code payment.
The second stage will begin on August 22. As of August 31, QR code payment will be available in all the exit and entry management departments in the other 11 cities and prefecture.
Detailed implementation times are subject to the local exit and entry management departments.
QR code payments will help relieve congestion problem and improve working efficiency of the management departments, shorten applicant times, and provide more payment options. It will bring a new level convenience and enhance people's sense of fulfillment, happiness, and satisfaction.
After this implementation, the Exit-Entry Administration of the Hunan Public Security Department will focus on public demands and social concerns, further streamline working procedures, and improve management and services.
