Ningxiang held a concentrated signing ceremony for its major industrial projects this year on November 30. An investment promotion conference for the Blue Moon Valley Smart Home Appliance Industry Town was held simultaneously. A total of 48 projects will locate in Ningxiang, with a total investment of 17.7 billion CNY. Among them, 15 projects worth 9.75 billion CNY were signed on site.

These projects involved such competitive and emerging industries as smart home appliances, advanced equipment manufacturing, food and agricultural products processing, energy storage materials, new materials, and cosmetics. There were 5 projects each with an investment of more than 1 billion CNY, and 6 projects of Fortune 500, China Top 500, and China Private 500 enterprises.

Ningxiang Economic Development Zone introduced the Blue Moon Valley Smart Home Appliance Industry Town during the promotion conference.

Located in core area of the Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, the town has a planned area of 12 square kilometers. It will focus on the construction of “one center and three parks”, namely the Blue Moon Valley Entrepreneurship and Innovation Incubation Center, the Intelligent Home Appliance Industrial Park, the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, and the Intelligent Home Appliance Parts Industrial Park.

It aims to introduce upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain of intelligent home appliances and intelligent hardware, so as to form an industrial cluster and build an industrial ecology.
