Required Materials:
1. Application Form for Inviting Foreigners to Hunan Province filled out by the host units in duplicate (consent of the superior authority concerned and personal information of the foreigner being invited shall be included in the form);
2. Schools inviting experts of foreign nationalities shall go through relevant formalities at the Hunan Provincial Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs, who shall then present relevant materials for visa notification;
3. Universities and colleges applying visas for foreign students shall first have the JW202 Form endorsed by the Hunan Provincial Department of Education before applying for the visa notification;
4. Foreign individual who is to derive income from work or employment with enterprises or organizations within the territory of Hunan shall first get the Employment Permit at the Hunan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security before applying for visa notification with work permit and the Application Form for Inviting Foreigners to Hunan.
