On the morning of December 4, “Two-oriented (resource saving & environmental friendly)” Society exploring trip as a highlight of the 2nd Hunan Province Foreigner Photo Contest set out for Xiangtan. The activity is hosted by the Internet Publicity and Administration Office of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and undertaken by the Hunan Official Web Portal (http://www.enghunan.gov.cn/) and the Construction and Management Commission for “Two-oriented” Society in Chang-Zhu-Tan Pilot Zone of Hunan Province. Six international friends from America, Cameroon, Cambodia and Nepal paid a visit to Xiangtan’s four “Two-oriented” model enterprises, namely “Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings Limited, Tidfore Heavy Equipment Group Co., Ltd., XEMC Windpower Co., Ltd. and Xiangtan Electric Locomotive Factory Co., Ltd..

At the three-dimensional exhibition hall in Singyes Solar, the six international friends expressed strong interests in solar power generation and recycling, and constantly inquired about current functions and influence that solar power has in the practical application in industrial production and people’s livelihood. Then they went to visit different kinds of heavy machinery manufacturing equipment in Tidfore Heavy Equipment, and all spoke highly of Hunan’s equipment manufacturing industry.

After a rest at noon, they visited XEMC Windpower at Xiangtan downtown and had an on-site learning about its sustainable wind turbine system at world-top level. The trip finally came to an end after a short visit to Xiangtan Electric Locomotive.
