The top 15 contestants of the 18th “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students sat for a written exam in Changsha on August 13. The exam results will be counted into the total score together with their accumulated scores in the 5th, 6th, and 7th rounds of the finals. Top 5 contestants will be selected in the 8th round.

 

In the written exam, some contestants seem confident and calm, while some are nervous with their brows knitted.

 

 

 

The top five list will be announced in the 8th round.

 

With the theme of “One World, One Family”, this year’s competition is co-sponsored by the Confucius Institute Headquarters and the Hunan Provincial People’s Government. It is aimed at creating “a circle of friends” for youths from all over the world to know more about China and make friends.
