On April 7, the drizzle was still lasting in Wulingyuan District of northwest Hunan Province. Baofeng Lake flowed slightly in the light rain mist through which the mountain and the water both faded.
The boat kept on floating on the lake as the mist began to diffuse.
Outside the arm of the lake, sightseeing boats passed from time to time. Some tourist stood on the prow, but few of them noticed the precious ducks among the vessels and boats.

That garbage boat brings fresh grains for the mandarin ducks every early morning.
The terranes, with over 20 degrees inclined, contribute to the stocky peaks rather than towering ones in this area.
Li Ying, one of the crew members, says that she is fond of winter, "the air gets fresher around Baofeng Lake, which has a relative altitude of 85 meters". More importantly, mandarin ducks can be seen here in winter, "they are gorgeous and can sense human emotions and feelings".
Baofeng Lake is located 1.5 kilometers away from the south of the Wulingyuan District Government of Zhangjiajie City.
