Duties:

Responsible for cracking down on illegal and criminal acts of manufacturing and selling counterfeit cigarettes and smuggling cigarettes; responsible for the partner assistance for Sichuan's Lixian County.

To assist in the administration of legal institutions, the construction of inland ports, Taiwan affairs, ethnic and religious affairs and open administration etc.
