Natural Gas Pipeline Engineering Construction of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture

Introduction: seven counties and one city are under the jurisdiction of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, which has about 250,000 county and organic town households. The residents have been using liquefied petroleum gas in small cylinders since 1990s. As the “west-east natural gas transmission” project is being built, the fundamental condition for residents in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture to use natural gas has been formed. 

Plans to build main gas transmission pipe with total length of 440km, construct a gas pressuring station and urban gas distribution pipe network of seven counties and one city.  

Benefit assessment: after the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue is predicted to be RMB 498 million, the net profit ratio 15% and the investment payback period will be 8 years. 

Total investment: USD 101.56 million
