SME Venture Incubation Park of Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone

Introduction: SME Venture Incubation Park Project is located in No. 2 Industrial Park of Loudi Economic and Technological Development Zone, boasting superior geographic location, very convenient transportation and complete water, electricity and gas facilities. As a famous “Town of Building Materials” in China, Loudi is rich in building materials like steel and cement. The raw materials used for the project can be obtained without going far at a very cheap price. The total planned area is 3,500 mu. It is planned to construct vast stretches of standard plants covering an area of 2,000,000 m². More than 500 small and medium-sized enterprises will be introduced to preliminarily form three industrial clusters, i.e. machine manufacturing, auto parts and electronic information.
