Construction of Surface Treatment Center Industrial Park

Introduction: The project is located in Changde Economic and Technological Development Zone. Currently, there are more than 30 enterprises of machinery manufacturing and supporting. However, the surface treatment processes of mechanical parts like electroplating, galvanizing and painting are not provided. It is planned to use 150mu of land for the surface treatment of mechanical manufacturing parts of the factories in the zone or other factories in a centralized area. The followings are mainly included: sewage treatment plant, electroplating workshop, paint workshop, finished product warehouse, technical center and office building. The total construction area reaches 45,000m².
Policy guarantee: Project planning and preliminary design have already been completed at present. The environmental impact assessment procedures are being applied for approval.

Benefit assessment: After the project is completed, annual revenue of 300 million Yuan and net profit of 80 million Yuan will be realized. The return on investment is 26.7%. The project investment payback period lasts for 4.75 years (including construction period).
