Construction of Textile Dyeing and Finishing “Three Concentration” Industrial Park

Introduction: Textile industry is a leading industry planned to develop in Changde Economic and Technological Development Zone. The planned land area reaches 2,150mu. It is planned to construct a textile dyeing and finishing “three concentration” industrial park. Thermal power plant, water supply works, sewage treatment station (daily treatment capacity of 80,000t), relevant pipe network of the zone, large textile dyeing and finishing enterprises integrating weaving, dyeing, finishing and clothing, employee living area, etc. will be mainly constructed. Besides, 30 medium and small-sized dyeing and finishing enterprises will be introduced to the park.

Policy guarantee: The park was already formally approved in X.H.P [2011] No. 336 Document issued by Department of Environmental Protection of Hunan Province on December 7, 2010. All the land in the park was already reported and approved.

Benefit assessment: After the project is constructed and put into operation, the annual output may reach 4.5 billion Yuan. The investment payback period lasts for 6-8 years.
