In the company of Cai Guoqi, secretary general of the Hunan People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Mr. Hu conducted on-the-spot inspection at the Wuchuan Lake in Jiangbei Town of Changsha County and the project of Songya Lake in Changsha County.
