Changsha Jiu Ru Zhai Food Co., Ltd., is famous for its time-honored brand of "Jiu Ru Zhai". It supplies various kinds of mooncakes, pastries, marinated dishes, and edible fungus and other by-products.

Jiu Ru Zhai, founded in 1915 by Rao Jusheng, enjoys a high reputation throughout the country, especially among Hunaneses around the world.
